Abraxas V was a world in the Romulan Star Empire.
In 2388, after the Hobus star's destruction of Romulus, the world's leaders claimed to be the new Romulan Senate and the world as the new capital of the empire. A similar claim was made by the worlds of (and respective leaders of the worlds) Rator III and Achenar Prime. (ST website: The Path to 2409)
