Alira T'Sil was a female Romulan officer serving the empire in the early 24th century. In 2311, she held the rank of sublieutenant and served in the engineering department on the flagship Tomed.

She considered herself to be an engineer, not a soldier, and had never fired a weapon outside of drills. She was therefore ill-equipped to defend her ship against the Starfleet Special Operations attempting to capture it in 2311. When she, along with the remaining Tomed personnel, were captured, she chose to become a prisoner rather than die aboard the Tomed. Admiral Aventeer Vokar then killed T'Sil for betraying the empire (TLE novel: Serpents Among the Ruins)
