The Alliosians were a civilization that were the inhabitants of planet Allios IV in the Allios system.
History and specifics[]
The planet was divided into two prime nations, the richer and more technologically advanced Republic of Juulet and the more primitive and martial nation of Dorssh. By Stardate 44751.3, the Federation starship Enterprise answered to a distress call from a spacecraft orbiting Dorossh and Jean-Luc Picard found himself negotiating to end the Alliosian civil war. By this time the Juuletians had been an ally of the United Federation of Planets for eleven years and fervently wished their world to join. (TNG - Ghosts comic: "Issue 1")
