The Alpha Centauri Academy of Biosciences was an institution that existed on the planet Alpha Centauri. Zancmar Hodgkins was a noted Alpha Centauran biosociologist who worked at the Academy where he published his study known as the Law of Parallel Planet Development on Stardate 0/5303.
