For other uses, see Rasalgethi.

Rasalgethi (also known as Alpha Herculae) is a trinary star system, visible about 380 light-years distant from Earth in the constellation of Hercules. (SA video game: Starfleet Academy: Strategic Command)

K't'lk was testing the inversion drive aboard her cutter vessel when she was unexpectedly confronted with Klingon attackers. She hurriedly "re-elected" her mass in a different direction and ended up in the corona of a white dwarf star that was adjacent to Rasalgethi. (TOS novel: The Wounded Sky)

Accurately, the constellation's stars should take the name-form "Herculis", unlike the "Herculae" portrayed in the game source. No history or specifics are established for this location in Starfleet Command III gameplay, as its name was arbitrarily selected for a system on the game map by the game software, with random attributes.
