Captain Altheria zh'Ranthi was an Andorian zhen killed in the Borg Invasion of 2381.

zh'Ranthi's name and rank were later used as an alias by Torethirala zh'Vres, an Andorian criminal hired by the Ferengi trader Sekki to sabotage diplomatic relations between planet Zalda and the United Federation of Planets. zh'Vres had used a drug to mask her true DNA profile, but the deception was discovered by the Johnson City Police Department on Cestus III, after Sergeant Hildegard Silverman noticed the name on a casualty list.
