Doctor Andreas Corzine was a 23rd century Human male. By the early 2250s, Corzine was serving as a physician in Starfleet, assigned to Starbase 18 under the command of Commodore Rafael Higueras.

In the early 2230s, Corzine was part of an exchange program between the most prominent Klingon and Federation medical academies. He later became regarded as one of the Federation's most well-regarded specialists in interspecies battlefield medicine.

In 2251, Corzine perished along with the rest of the personnel assigned to Starbase 18, when the base came under attack by several "Klingon Warbird-class vessels". However, it was later revealed that the attack was carried out by a group of Orions in order to steal a LeKarz sequencer that was located on the base. (TOS novel: The Children of Kings)
