Andres was a 23rd century Human Starfleet crewperson assigned to the Federation starship USS Enterprise in the 2260s.
In 2268, Andres was caught in an electrical interchange caused by the control panel that linked to the terminals of the warp core. While Andres suffered third-degree burns on the shoulders and neck, he quickly returned to duty. (TOS novel: Mutiny on the Enterprise)
