Antiproton flushback is a phenomena involving a noticeable, directed increase in antiproton particles.

History and specifics[]

In general, this phenomenon does not occur in nature, and most often occurs in the explosion of warp engines. While searching for the missing USS Bill of Rights in the year 2293, the USS Enterprise-A encountered a troubling amount of antiproton flushback. (TOS novel: Best Destiny)
