Antonacci was an engineer serving aboard the USS Lexington under chief engineer Lieutenant Commander Rachel Mithra.

In 2374, during a battle in the Setlik system during the Dominion War, Antonacci was severely injured, but was able to stablized by Dr. Elizabeth Lense. (SCE eBook: War Stories, Book 1)
