Arbosa-Lo is a city on the planet of Tezwa.

Prime Minister Kinchawn considered moving his family to Arbosa-Lo in case of a Klingon assault, but decided against it, expecting that the resulting sympathy from their deaths would rally the planetary population. After Kinchawn went into exile on Tezwa, General Yaelon oversaw the coordination of terrorist cells in Arbosa-Lo. (TNG novel: A Time to Kill) An attack here by rebel forces killed eleven civilians, nine Federation workers, and two engineers.

Lieutenant Taurik beamed a large amount seabed from the Nokalana Sea to a warehouse on the outskirts of Arbosa-Lo looking for the rumored chimerium iris, an effort that eventually proved fruitful. (TNG novel: A Time to Heal)
