In the mirror universe, Argashek was a Klingon councillor in the Klingon Empire. In 2288, he vehemently objected to Gorkon's suggestion that a few worlds should be sacrificed to double the Klingon military budget. Argashek was supported by his comrades Grozik and Glazya.
