Astellet ch'Terren was an Andorian chan, who an officer of the Federation Starfleet in the 22nd century.

History[]

By the year 2164, he reached the rank of lieutenant commander, and served as the chief of security at the historically neutral negotiating site, Babel Station.

In June of that year, he led the investigation on the attempted murder against president nominee Anlenthoris ch'Vhendreni, who was visiting the station during the talks about the Rigel system's admission into the Federation. The evidence his team gathered suggested that Admiral Jonathan Archer was the assassin. Due to the controversial situation, ch'Terren asked Vulcan representative T'Rama for assistance, who served as investigator for many years. Together they was able to find the true asassin, a Mazarite named Ibed Tarzah who tried to frame Archer on the order of the Orion Syndicate. (ENT - Rise of the Federation novel: Tower of Babel)
