Atrea IV (sometimes refered to simply as Atrea) is a Federation member planet. It is the home world of the Atreans. In 2370, the USS Enterprise-D came to its aid when its molten core began to cool. (TNG episode: "Inheritance")

Lieutenant Jil Barnak, chief engineer of the USS da Vinci, was from Atrea. (SCE eBook: Wildfire, Book 1)

Atrea is the source of salish, a type of hard, lightly-patterned material. The "Amitra Desk", used by Federation Presidents Amitra and Nanietta Bacco, was made of this native material. (ST novel: Articles of the Federation)
