The Autarch of the Tzenkethi Coalition is the head of state and head of government for the Tzenkethi Coalition.

In the early 2360s, Korzenten Rej Tov-AA became the Autarch following the death of the previous autarch during the Federation-Tzenkethi War. (ST - Typhon Pact novel: Plagues of Night)
In 2371, a Founder posing as a Federation ambassador attempted to start a war between the Federation and the Tzenkethi by convincing the USS Defiant to set a course for Tzenketh, telling the crew that the Autarch had been overthrown. The crew were able to regain control of the Defiant before it attacked the Tzenkethi. (DS9 episode: "The Adversary")
In 2374, Federation Starfleet Captain Jean-Luc Picard attempted to convince the Autarch to ally the Tzenkethi Coalition with the Federation during the Dominion War. (TNG novel: Immortal Coil)
In 2381, Korzenten Rej Tov-AA assigned Alizome, his government's top intelligence operative, to manipulate the Romulan government so as to install a Praetor unlikely to attempt to use the Typhon Pact to dominate the Coalition. (ST - Typhon Pact novel: Rough Beasts of Empire)
In 2410, the Autarch had begun development of Protomatter weapons and begun using them to wipe out life on various planets in the Alpha quadrant. While seemingly random at first, it was later discovered that these strikes were intended to wipe out incubating populations of Drantzuli on the targeted worlds.
