Amarcan's Axioms was a required text read by those attending the Romulan Imperial War College, a book published by Romulan Commander Amarcan, which would remain required reading at the Romulan Military Academy through the 2150s. It featured the collected wisdom of Amarcan, a famed warrior who lent his name to the Amarcan-class warbirds in use by the Romulan Star Empire in the mid-24th century.
