Azrieh Lee was a 23rd century Human individual, an officer in the Federation's Starfleet. Lee's specialty was as a starship helmsman and weapons officer. (TOS video games: Starfleet Command, The Kobayashi Alternative)

Lee was serving aboard the Federation starship USS Enterprise under the command of Captain James T. Kirk in the 2270s. When the Enterprise staged a raid against a Romulan space station in orbit of Levaeri V in 2275, Lee was one of the hundred-odd crewpeople chosen to participate.
