The B'Saari were a sentient race native to B'Saari II.

The B'Saari were the first race that the Denobulans made contact with. Many Denobulans thought that they were the only intelligent race in the galaxy and refused to believe the evidence before their eyes. (ENT episode: "Future Tense")

The B'Saari also had the ability to revive the dead in a similar manner to that in the Earth movie Frankenstein. (ENT episode: "Horizon")

In 2157, Romulan Admiral Dagarth deceived a group of B'Saari scientists into providing her with a mutagenic virus that she used against Haakona Prime. (ENT - The Romulan War novel: To Brave the Storm)
