The Bajoran Cooperative Government (also known as the Occupational Government) was the name of the Bajoran government during the Occupation of Bajor by the Cardassians. It was dissolved during the Day of Withdrawal and replaced by the Bajoran Provisional Government. (DS9 novel: The Fall of Terok Nor)

The Provisional Government decreed the Ilvian Proclamation, which sentenced all members of the Cooperative Government into exile. Kubus Oak was the secretary of the Government and as such was the liaison between the Bajorans and the Cardassians. In 2370, he tried to return from exile and told Odo and Kira Nerys that he believed the Occupation would have been much worse without the Cooperative Government. (DS9 episode: "The Collaborator")
