Bajoran Gratitude Festival

The Bajoran Gratitude Festival was a Bajoran tradition involving the burning of bits of paper and shouting "peldor joi" at one another. The first Hebitians also took part in this festival. (New Worlds, New Civilizations short story: "The Glories of the Hebitians")
