Barax Wenn was a Starfleet officer in the late 24th century. In the year 2395, Wenn commanded the USS April while it investigated the destruction of the USS Kelso. After the crew discovered it was due to an illegal cloaking device experiment, Wenn revealed this to the Romulan Star Empire ships assisting the April.
