Baroja was a doctor who resided on the Arvada III colony in the 2330s.

In 2339, Baroja was the first to administer aid to a group of Kevrata after their starship crashed on the planet. Unknown at the time, the Kevrata carried the Bloodfire plague, which later swept through the colony. (TNG novel: Death in Winter)
