Commander Bennington "Benni" Biraka was a Human male serving in Starfleet in the 24th century.
Biraka, or "Benni" to his off duty friends, served as ship's counselor aboard the USS Righteous from 2359 until the ship's unfortunate destruction at the Battle of Wolf 359 in early 2367. He was very personable, which made him perfect for his career as a ship's counselor. He also has a take charge personality, which is why he was able to be the fastest counselor to pass the Bridge officer's test in all of Starfleet. (Star Trek video game: Borg)
