Bertakk soup is a food made by Vulcans, a type of soup.

Bertakk soup was one of many dishes prepared in the food processor units aboard the USS Enterprise (NCC-1701). (Pocket Books: Mr. Scott's Guide to the Enterprise)

Presumably, this dish is mostly or all vegetarian, in accordance with mainstream Vulcan custom.
