Beta Aurigae VII is the seventh planet in the Beta Aurigae system. At one time the planet was home to the Zalkatians and the core-world of the mighty Zalkat Union.

By 2151, the planet had long since been abandoned, and was the subject of an archaeological expedition by the Enterprise (NX-01). Subcommander T'Pol and Ensign Hoshi Sato found the remains of the Zalkatian civilization including the Malkus Chronicles and information about the Malkus Artifacts.
