Bgdronik Selk was the head of the office of the clerk to the Federation Council in 2380. In March of that year, Selk was contacted by Presidential Chief of Staff Esperanza Piñiero, needing to link a meeting in Monet Room of the Palais de la Concorde to a meeting of the Federation Security Council in the Federation Council Chambers.
