Bigay Ampalayon was a male engineer assigned to the USS Enterprise-D in the mid-2360s. He was among the casualties during the Enterprise's encounter with the Borg in late 2366. (SCE eBook: Many Splendors)

According to author Keith R. A. DeCandido's story annotations, Ampalayon is one of the unnamed engineers seen in TNG episode "The Best of Both Worlds, Part I".
