Monique Bilecki was a female Starfleet Lieutenant. She was among the first officers to be assigned to Deep Space 9 upon the United Federation of Planets' arrival there in 2369.

In early 2370, she became engaged to a Bajoran man. She later opted to remain aboard the station and stop the Alliance for Global Unity from taking over. (DS9 episode: "The Siege")

She left Deep Space 9 when it was taken over by the Dominion in late 2373. She was later assigned to the USS Centaur during the Dominion War and became one of the few officers of the Centaur class starship to not have lived on Blue Rocket. (DS9 video game: Dominion Wars)
