Bindu was a male Ferengi office worker in the 24th century. He lived in Ferenginar's capital city, and worked at the Zalp Building, near the Tower of Commerce. He was a supporter of Grand Nagus Rom and his reforms, and was highly skeptical of the Ferengi Commercial News reports that Rom had violated the contract for his marriage to Prinadora.
