Bird of Paradise class

Bird-of-paradise is the Starfleet term used to refer to a Romulan class or type of starship. It is unknown what the Romulan's call it, but intel reports that there is only one. It is believed to be the conveyance of the Romulan Emperor. Armed with two heavy duty plasma canons, and a photon torpedo array.
