The Boragi were a civilization native to the planet Boragi III.

History and specifics[]

They were notorious for stirring things up until a conflict arose, manipulating all sides while staying carefully neutral, and then came in to pick up the pieces. Their characteristics included sallow skin, a protruding bone ridge on the forehead, and speaking with a faintly unctuous air so typical of the race. Their eyes were in constant motion, which was one of their most disconcerting traits. A common tendency they had was to employ the prefix "we" in their speech. It implied that the entirety of the race thought with one mind and was therefore unanimous in its views. They had a representative named Tusari Gyn on the ruling council of the New Thallonian Protectorate. (NF novel: After the Fall)
