Borilak Selinn, a Bajoran male was one of the hill fighters in the Kaladrys Valley. Prior to joining the Bajoran Resistance, Selinn had been a scholar in Bajor's capital, Ashalla. In 2370, when he found Julian Bashir sleeping at his camp, Borilak woke him and took him to a cave. After Bashir cured the hill fighters (all but Belem) of the fever, Selinn tried to accuse him of murdering Belem so that he would not speak of Bashir's "dark motives". (DS9 novel: Warchild)
