Boris Breznia was the curator of a Smithsonian Annex on Nova Atar III in the late 2260s.

In 2269, he invited the senior officers of the USS Enterprise for a guided tour of the Annex. Breznia was about to share some of his famed Kazakhstanian Cognac with James T. Kirk, Montgomery Scott, and Pavel Chekov when terrorists attacked the Annex. (TOS video game: Judgment Rites)
