Ensign Bounds was a human Starfleet officer assigned to the USS Enterprise (NCC-1701) in the late 2260s.
Ensign Bounds was assigned to the Enterprise's Security division. In 2268, Bounds was a member of the second landing party that visited the planet Anomaly. There he was shot in the head by the locals. He survived this arrow wound.
