Brad Harrison was Human male and a Starfleet Security officer who served aboard the USS Voyager during its time in the Delta Quadrant.

In 2374, Ensign Harrison was a member of an away team that was captured by the Subu and incarcerated in a war camp. He and the rest of the Voyager crewmembers were prisoners for seven days until they were able to escape.
