Bral was a female Triexian who served as Nanietta Bacco's transportation manager while she was governor of Cestus III. In 2379 Bral was present on the Palombo for a meeting of the campaign staff of governor Bacco to plan for the upcoming special election for Federation president.
Shortly after Bacco's arrival on Earth, she was scheduled to give an offical campaign speech at the Statue of Liberty. Bral and M'Tesint were ordered to go the site early to make sure that everything was prepared. (TNG - A Time to... novel: A Time for War, A Time for Peace)
