Broc was a male Ferengi who lived in the 24th century. In 2372, he became the new manager of Quark's on Deep Space 9 after Rom quit.

Later that year, Broc was one of the last Ferengi to leave Deep Space 9 after Bajor's Resolution 49-353 made it illegal for any Ferengi to be in Bajoran space. After the crisis over the Orb of Wisdom ended, Broc returned to the station. (DS9 novel: The 34th Rule)
