This name was a nickname given to Reginald Barclay by the crew of the USS Enterprise in the year 2366. Despite Captain Jean-Luc Picard's order that the nickname should be stopped (despite accidentally using the term himself on one occasion), several crewmembers including Kieran Duffy kept on using the nickname.
