Bryanne Permenter was a human female serving in the Federation Starfleet in the late 24th century.

In June 2376, Ensign Permenter was an engineer assigned to the USS Defiant during it's three month mission of exploration in the Gamma Quadrant. She worked on repairing the shuttlecraft Sagan after it was damaged preventing moon fragments from impacting the Vahni Vahltupali homeworld. (DS9 - Mission Gamma novel: Twilight)
