Brynn Mealia was Human male, of Irish descent, who served in Starfleet in the 22nd century.

By 2156 Mealia had attained the rank of lieutenant and served as gamma shift helmsman on board the Columbia (NX-02). Following the relativistic travel of the Columbia, Mealia was on duty when the vessel made orbit of Erigol. He was also on duty at the helm when an extragalactic feedback pulse disrupted the Caeliar Great Work, causing the system to erupt. Following the orders of acting CO Kalil el-Rashad, he took the Columbia into a subspace tunnel despite the warnings of Captain Erika Hernandez, where he and the rest of the crew perished from the hyperphasic radiation.
