In 1989, Gary Seven and Isis were in Bulharia trying to ensure the peaceful fall of that nation's Communist regime. While there Seven was responsible for writing the resignation speech of Bulgarian President Todor Zhivkov. (TOS novel: The Rise and Fall of Khan Noonien Singh, Volume 1)
