Bur'Gun was a Tellarite male serving in the Federation Starfleet in the late-23rd and early 24th centuries.

By 2300, Vice admiral Bur'Gun was chief of operations at Starfleet Intelligence. He was Commander Darius Miller's direct superior and assigned him on a mission to the Da'Kel system in the Klingon Empire. Although gruff with a permanently sour outlook, he was liked by Miller but the feeling didn't seem to be mutual. (TOS novel: Cast No Shadow)
