Burns

Burns was a Starfleet ensign who served aboard the USS Enterprise in the 2260s and 2270s. (TOS comic: "Chekov's Choice")

Burns was a qualified space-ore expert, and while exploring an uncharted planet in the Trann star group, Burns and his coworker Lane were temporarily transformed into children by some sort of directed energy blast which later affected Kirk and McCoy. (TOS comic: "The Youth Trap")

Burns served aboard the Enterprise in the quartermaster section in the Christmas season on or around stardate 5402 when he was the recipient of a drunken conversation from Lieutenant Nyota Uhura. (TAS novelization: The Survivor)
