Byron Fantomos was a male Starfleet lieutenant commander who, during the Borg Invasion of 2381, was assigned as the recreation officer aboard the USS Sovereign. Fantomos was overwhelmed by the invasion's casualty numbers, and was counseled in the weeks following the invasion by Counselor Brian Ellis at Starbase 22.(ST novel: A Singular Destiny)
