Admiral Caius Fesidas was a Starfleet officer in the late 23rd century.

In 2294, he was so washed out, that a junior officer would go to the Flag and Grog to ensure that he got home okay. His son was Admiral Julius Fesidas. (TOS novel: The Fearful Summons)
