Candlestick Park is a large public auditorium in the Earth city of San Francisco, California. Originally opened in 1960 as a stadium for the San Francisco Giants baseball team, by the 22nd century the stadium had been converted into an auditorium.

Candlestick Park developed a reputation for being cold and drafty soon after opening, and even with state of the art enviornmental systems still had such problems in the mid 22nd century.

On March 5, 2155 a number of dignitaries - including Earth Starfleet Captain Jonathan Archer - assembled to sign the Coalition Compact - the document that formally established the Coalition of Planets. Also in attendance was a number of Enterprise officers and crew, including Hoshi Sato, Malcolm Reed, T'Pol, Phlox, and Travis Mayweather. Charles "Trip" Tucker was also present, disguised as a Romulan, as was his surviving family members, who were unaware of his presence at the ceremony. (ENT novel: The Good That Men Do)
