The Cardassian Science Ministry, also known as the Ministry of Science, was a body within the Cardassian Union.

It was a department within the Cardassian government that was charged with scientific research and exploration, but was ultimately a part of the military. One maxim of the ministry of science was not to make any project appear too dangerous. (DS9 episode: "Destiny")
