The Caribbean Alliance was a political entity on Earth located in the Caribbean Sea, and composed of former island nations and territories in that region.

Doctor Aristide, Chief Medical Officer of the USS Enterprise-C in 2344, was a native of the Caribbean Alliance. (TOS novel: Vulcan's Heart)

Though not stated explicitly, information about Aristide and his background suggest that Haiti was a member nation of this alliance.
