Carlos was a character in the holodeck program Crusher 54. He was a dark haired human who sported a moustache and was one the patrons of Bridge Club disco, the 1975 Brooklyn setting of the program.

He had something of a reputation, known for having two left feet and being something of a grabber. When Deanna Troi spent some time with Beverly Crusher using the program Beverly warned her to avoid Carlos. (TNG comic: "Captain's Pleasure")
