Jimenez was born on Emila II in 2350. His parents were Reina and Aurelio Jimenez. He has a sister named Beatrice. (ST video game: Starship Creator)
Jimenez attended Starfleet Academy in the late 2360s and early 2370s. He was a member of the Starfleet Academy Wrestling Team in 2369. Jimenez graduated from the Academy in 2371 in the eightieth percentile and was assigned to the security division on Deep Space 9. (ST video game: Starship Creator)
In 2372, Jimenez was assigned to the security team protecting Shakaar Edon from the threat of the True Way. He was later relieved by Odo. (DS9 episode: "Crossfire")
In 2376, Jimenez worked with Ro Laren in protecting Asarem Wadeen when she arrived on the station. He later assisted Ro when a group of the main Bajoran religion and Ohalavaru clashed near the temple on the Promenade. (DS9 novel: Cathedral)
